Investing in massage is an investment in yourself and your health!

Massage sessions are available in a variety of increments! 

Massage sessions could include techniques of Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic, Crainosacral, Hand or Foot Reflexology, Trauma Informed, TMJ, Intra-Oral Massage, Pre-Natal, Pregnancy, Post-Natal, Therapeutic Massage, Reciprocal Inhibition, Positional Release, Bowen Therapy, Energy Work, etc.

Foot Reflexology can be done as 45 minute session or can simply be added to massage.

Note: My personal favorite is a 90 minute session, which allows time for a full body massage, plus flexibility to focus on areas that need extra attention.
