I offer a variety of techniques, including Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic, Crainosacral, Hand or Foot Reflexology, Trauma Informed, TMJ, Intra-Oral Massage, Pre-Natal, Pregnancy, Post-Natal, Therapeutic Massage, Reciprocal Inhibition, Positional Release, Bowen Therapy, Energy Work, etc.

Note: My personal favorite is a 90 minute session, which allows time for a full body massage, plus flexibility to focus on areas that need extra attention.
